At RozanaKart, we aim to deliver your household essentials and cleaning products quickly, safely, and at the best possible shipping rates. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across India, covering major cities, towns, and pin codes through our trusted courier partners. If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you promptly.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays, courier issues, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders.
- Charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and link via email/SMS so you can track your shipment in real time.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Natural calamities or strikes, In such cases, our team will keep you informed.
7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate. RozanaKart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
